Life's Illusions is located in Irvine, California but we solely operate as a online store.
Where do our products come from?
We currently have fulfillment centers in
- Los Angeles, CA
- Charlotte, NC
- Riga, Latvia
- Barcelona, Spain
These are our main fulfillment centers. However, if our stock is limited we ship from our warehouse in China.
How does sizing work?
Our products are in standard US/EU Sizing and have size charts to accompany their descriptions. Please refer to the charts to determine your optimum fit.
Size charts are available for all items. If there is not size chart linked within the item description please let us know so we may rectify the problem and/or share the sizing chart with you to properly pick your variant. All charts are currently in inches. If you require a metric sizing chart please email us and we will send a conversed chart immediately. Please allow 3cm error as most of our clothing is measure by hand.
Please Note: Our garments have a tendency to run small.
We highly recommend you buy 1 size larger than usual and study the size guides.
I ordered a L but received an XL/2XL/3XL.
At times depending on our stock you may receive an Asian size equivalent. In some instances, our supplier use US/EU sizing so you will receive the correct size you choose and some instances you will receive the Asian counterpart equivalent to the US/EU size.
Where do you ship to?
We proudly ship worldwide. Additionally, we offer free shipping for all orders. Free shipping takes 15-30 days depending on location. We typically beat those estimations.
How long is processing?
Orders typically take 1-7 business days to process and coordinate with our warehousing and fulfillment center.
If you live within the USA, Canada and Australia standardized first class shipping is 5-15 days. Free shipping orders usually take 15-30 days. We typically beat those times, but unforeseen delays such as customs can affect shipping times.
For all other countries, delivery times can be estimated between 20-40 days. As stated prior, we typically beat these times, but delays may elongate shipping times.
Due to the nature of our business and worldwide demand, we are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you agree that one or more packages sent to you may require customs fees when they arrive to your border.
How do I track my order?
We offer you the ability to track your order right through our site. Upon purchasing any of our products a tracking number should be provided once available. If you did not receive a tracking number via digital receipt. Feel free to contact us at email@example.com
My tracking number is not working.
Once your items are received by a courier you will receive an email with tracking. Some delivery services may require up to 7 business days to load properly. Should this not be resolved within that amount of time, please contact us and we will investigate the issue on your behalf with the courier service.

We reserve the right to verify your payment if we feel that it may be categorized as high risk. High risk payments can be those with different billing addressed than the associated card, a card outside of its country of origin with a destination outside its country of origin and other related scenarios.
